At any time after placing your order, you can contact us by e-mail info@fishclub.lv and:

• change the delivery address and / or time;
• add or cancel goods in the order;
• cancel the order.

Distance contract / Return policy

The customer has the right to refuse the purchased product and return it to the seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without stating the reason for refusal.

You can return the unused product in undamaged, original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product, receiving a full refund of the money paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you choose to return the product by post, the customer will cover the cost of returning the shipment.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, presenting a proof of purchase.

The money paid for the product will be returned with a review within 30 days. If the purchase was paid for with a review, the money will be returned to your bank account after the return of the product.
